Project acquisition involves identifying suitable locations as well as conducting thorough due diligence to assess zoning permissions and feasibility, before the property is secured and the arcneo bond is listed.

Financing

The project financing consists of equity capital, which we obtain through the sale of our arcneo bond to investors, and a construction loan from our nationwide partner banks in Germany.

Production of the Modules

The production of the 2D and 3D timber modules is carried out through industrial prefabrication once the property is secured and planning permission is obtained. Following successful financing, production commences, along with the timely integration and assembly on the construction site.

Apartment Sales

The sale of our residential units begins with the issuance of the building permit. In marketing, we focus on optimal utilization during the planning phase to maximize presale and rental rates.

Delivery & Installation

The prefabricated modules are delivered directly to the construction site and quickly assembled into a sealed exterior shell, independent of local partners. Subsequently, the completion of the building is carried out step by step, including interior finishing, roof, facade, and technical connections.

Distribution

The repayment of capital to investors and banks takes place after the successful sale of the residential units, typically within 24 months.
