Our strong return is based on the standardized arcneo construction concept, which minimizes planning and construction costs. The modular design shortens the construction time, reduces financing costs, and establishes the foundation for an attractive project return.

Reduced Risk

Through industrial prefabrication, we reduce the number of trades involved in construction and thereby minimize operational risk. An independent security trustee holds the investor funds and only releases them once the use of funds has been verified.

Short Terms

Each project undergoes thorough examination before the bond issuance and is only listed when building rights are established and access to the property is secured. Short construction times of only 8–14 months allow for a bond with a term of 24 months.

arcneo Bonds With an Independent Trustee

Trust Account

Subscription amounts are not paid to arcneo directly but into an account held by the security trustee THI Treuhand. There they remain separate from the issuer's assets until the agreed conditions for a disbursement are met.

Use-of-Funds Control

THI Treuhand only releases funds once the intended use has been evidenced, and checks every disbursement against the progress of the construction project. This way the capital flows exclusively into the subscribed project.
