Reduced Risk
Through industrial prefabrication, we reduce the number of trades involved in construction and thereby minimize operational risk. A security trustee secures investor funds with a mortgage lien and ensures fund safeguarding as well as insolvency protection.
Short Terms
Each project undergoes thorough examination before the bond issuance and is only listed when building rights are established and access to the property is secured. Short construction times of only 8–14 months allow for a bond with a term of 24 months.

Our real estate bonds are secured by the security trustee THI Treuhand. The trustee monitors the use of funds, manages the investors' capital, and secures it with a mortgage of corresponding amount in the land register.
Bankruptcy Protection
The investors' funds are secured by a mortgage in favor of the security trustee, THI Treuhand. In the event of insolvency, THI Treuhand has the right to realize the deposited mortgage and satisfy the investors from the proceeds. This ensures that the invested capital remains earmarked and is not part of the company's insolvency estate.
